Trailer Locator Membership Types

Membership is not required, nor are there any fees charged by Trailer Locators to browse our extensive database of trucks and trailers, contact the seller for more information, or complete a transaction with the seller.

Membership is necessary to place ads for trucks and trailers on the web site.
Below are the three types of memberships that we offer.

Dealer:

This membership is for companies that primarily engage in the purchase and sales of trucks, truck-trailers or any other transportation and trucking related equpment, on a wholesale and/or retail basis. This membership is ideal If your company maintains a truck and/or truck-semi trailer inventory for the purpose of resale domestically or export.

Dealer membership allows you to create advertisements for all of your truck, truck-trailer or other transportation vehicle, view the ad before posting (publishing), review your ad against all other ads, prior to publishing, maintain your ad(s) as long as your membership remains current or until your equipment is sold.

Dealer membership provides access to wholesale price listings from participating sellers.

Cost: $49/month billed quarterly. Other billing options available upon request.

Fleet:

Designed for companies that occasionally have a need to dispose of blocks of equipment but do not sell equipment as your primary business, this membership is ideal if your company engages in any transportation-related activity including trucking, LTL freight, long haul, dry cargo transfer, bulk cargo transfer, refrigerated cargo and shipping, utilize trucks, semi-trailers, containers, chassis or other rolling stock transportation equipment and has a need to dispose of fleet equipment.

Fleet membership allows you to create advertisements for all of your truck, truck-trailer or other transportation vehicle, view the ad before posting (publishing), review your ad against all other ads, prior to publishing, maintain your ad(s) until your equipment is sold for up to 120 days after your membership expires.

Cost: $79/month billed monthly.

Individual:

This is a pay-per-listing membership so there is no cost to join. If you or your company are owner-operators, trip-leased, a small business whose trade is other than transportation but have one or more trucks, semi-truck trailers, or other trucking, transportation, storage equipment and havea need to dispose of limited amount of equipment on an occasional basis.

Individual membership allows you to create an advertisement of your truck, truck-trailer or other transportation vehicle, view the ad before posting (publishing), save this ad for up to 14 days until posted and maintain your ad(s) in your membership file for 180 days..
